Fresh and full champagne with notes of red fruit, hazelnut, brioche. Made in Fèrebrianges, Champagne. In all Vincent Joudart makes around 70.000 bottles per year. So it is a small production. Made from their own grapes, that they harvest themselves, and they do their own vinification as well. This champagne is only made by dark grapes, which gives it its name. Blanc de Noirs means white from blacks, because the champagne is "white" and made from "black" grapes. Has gone through first fermentation in oak barrels.
