Vazart Coquart - Grand Bouquet, Blanc de Blancs

Cristal clear blanc de blancs champagne from the grand cru village Chouilly. With its rich, juicy fragrance, this 2017 Blanc de Blancs Grand Cru Extra Brut entices the senses. Finished with a rich blend of orange flesh, vineyard peach, and ripe quince; aromas of chamomile, orange zest, oyster shell, and freshly baked pastry. The low dosage really let's the beautifull chardonnay show it's most beautifull and fruity side. Vazart Coquart is known for their precise chardonnay. Their champagnes are very dry but are made with malolactic fermentation which gives it light buttery notes.
