From a 11-hectare Grand Cru vineyard in Chouilly, Cuvée Camille blends 70% Pinot Noir and 30% Chardonnay to showcase the unique chalky terroir of the Côte des Blancs. With vines averaging 45 years, it is primarily made from the 2022 harvest (80%) and crafted under Organic and High Environmental Value certifications. Partial malolactic fermentation in temperature-controlled stainless steel vats preserves freshness while adding subtle roundness. Bottled in May 2023 with a delicate dosage of 5 g/l, Cuvée Camille is available in bottles and embodies elegance, depth, and the refined character of its terroir.
