Only old champagne can taste like this. The depth is uncomparable, while still having the elegance of Roland Champion’s Grand Cru terroir in Chouilly. Long lees ageing has shaped a wine with layered notes of brioche, dried citrus, roasted nuts and gentle honeyed tones. The palate is rounded and creamy, yet lifted by the chalky freshness typical of the Côte des Blancs.
