A Champagne that strikes a fine balance between freshness and maturity. This cuvée is made from 40% Pinot Noir, 35% Meunier, and 25% Chardonnay, blending the 2018 and 2019 vintages. Vinified entirely in stainless steel with partial malolactic fermentation, it’s aged for a minimum of 36 months to bring depth and complexity. Made of 60% 2020 and 40% 2021.

In the glass, it shows a golden yellow color with a lively mousse. The nose reveals notes of yellow fruits, dried fruit, and delicate brioche. The palate is round, balanced, and expressive. With a dosage of 9 g/L, it offers a harmonious profile that pairs beautifully with aperitifs, poultry, or semi-hard cheeses.
