An elegant and refreshing Blanc de Blancs made from 100% Chardonnay. This cuvée blends finesse with subtle complexity, aged for an average of 30 months and partially vinified in oak barrels (20%). Partial malolactic fermentation adds a soft, rounded touch to its crisp, mineral character. Made from 2020 60% + 2021 40%

Pale gold in color with emerald reflections, it opens with aromas of citrus and white fruits. The palate is fresh and precise, revealing notes of pear, citrus zest, and a hint of brioche. With a dosage of 9 g/L. It’s a bright and refined champagne ideal for aperitifs, oysters, or delicate white fish dishes.
