This rare climatic profile demanded uncompromising selection in the vineyards, resulting in one of the smallest Dom Pérignon releases ever, making it a truly collectible bottle.

On the nose, 2017 unfolds with a deep and complex bouquet of orange peel, dried apricot, toasted brioche and burnt butter, woven with subtle floral notes and toasted hazelnut. These richer, slightly darker aromas reflect both intensity and poise.

The palate mirrors this duality, vibrant acidity and fresh tension balance a rich core of fruit, with hints of citrus, lime bitterness and saline energy. Velvety mousse enhances texture while a long, resonant finish highlights bittersweet phenolics and mineral clarity.
