From a 11-hectare Grand Cru vineyard in Chouilly, this Rosé Champagne reflects the unique chalky terroir of the Côte des Blancs. Made from 93% Chardonnay and 7% Vinified Pinot Noir. Crafted under Organic and High Environmental Value certifications, it undergoes partial malolactic fermentation in temperature-controlled stainless steel vats. Bottled in May 2023 with a delicate dosage of 4 g/l. Disgorged oct 2025.
