Crafted from 100% Chardonnay and made entirely from the 2016 harvest, the wine was vinified in thermoregulated stainless steel vats without malolactic fermentation to preserve its freshness and clarity. Bottled in May 2017 with a delicate dosage of 1 g/L, it reflects Vazart-Coquart’s commitment to Haute Valeur Environnementale, Viticulture Durable, and certified organic practices initiated in 2020.
