Blend & Vineyard
A distinguished blend of 60 % Pinot Noir and 40 % Chardonnay, sourced from vines averaging 50 years old. The old vines, rooted in mineral-rich clay-limestone soils, provide exceptional depth and complexity.
Aging & Winemaking
Aged for more than six years on the lees, this Champagne is crafted with meticulous care, combining traditional pressing, slow fermentation, and patient cellar maturation to create a wine of precision and elegance.
Tasting Notes
On the nose, the wine opens with inviting aromas of brioche, almond pastry, and citrus zest, layered with notes of apple and subtle spice. The palate is refined and vibrant, offering flavors of ginger, tangerine, and stony minerality, leading to a long, elegant finish.
