A pure Pinot Noir vintage champagne, showcasing the power and elegance of this noble grape. Sourced from the south-facing slopes of Montigny-sous-Châtillon, the fruit achieves perfect ripeness, delivering both depth and freshness.
Naturally undergoing malolactic fermentation and matured in traditional oak foudres, the wine develops refined layers of flavour from red berries and white blossom to subtle notes of brioche and spice. The oak ageing brings gentle structure and complexity without masking the purity of the fruit.
On the palate, a fine mousse and lively acidity frame flavours of ripe cherry, baked apple, and a hint of toasted almond, leading to a long, clean finish. Cuvée Elixir Montigny 2019 is as sophisticated as it is expressive, making it perfect for dining or just drinking by itself.
